What is Amy's Sparkle Scoops all about?
Our mission is to turn the little things someone loves into a cheerful, handmade surprise. Every scoop is thoughtfully assembled to feel colorful, personal, and full of sunshine.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are prepared within 5–10 business days. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Timing may vary based on item availability and the number of orders we’re currently creating, so we appreciate your patience. If we expect a longer delay, we’ll contact you with an update. Once your scoop is on its way, we’ll send a shipping update so you know when to expect the surprise.
How does personalization work?
Tell us their favorite colors, Hello Kitty characters, hobbies, interests, and any special details. The more specific you are, the more closely we can tailor the scoop to what they love. If you only have a few ideas, that’s okay—we’ll use what you share and create the best match we can.
What comes in a scoop?
Every scoop is a surprise! Items vary, but the goal is always a delightful mix of cute, colorful, and personality-filled finds chosen around the recipient.
Can I send a scoop as a gift?
Absolutely. Add the recipient’s details during checkout and share any gift notes you’d like us to keep in mind while creating their surprise.
Can I order more than one scoop?
Yes! Choose the number of scoops you’d like on the order page. For Moms & Minis, select one scoop for Mom plus one for each child receiving a gift.
Will my video, photos, or name be posted online?
We love sharing the joy of Sparkle Scoops and generally post order videos and photos online unless you select that you do not want them shared on your order form. We will not post your full name or personal details unless you specifically give us permission. If you purchase a video but choose not to have it shared publicly, we’ll provide an unlisted YouTube link that will remain available for 90 days. We truly appreciate permission to share because it helps everyone enjoy the fun and excitement of each scoop!
What if I have a special request?
Use the special-request field on the order form to share it with us. We’ll always do our best to make your scoop feel just right, while keeping the surprise fun.
